What is Facial Yoga?
Facial/Face yoga is a repetitive series of exercises that promise to do for your face what yoga does for your body: relax and tone muscles. Practicing a series of facial exercises can lead to tone the muscles beneath the facial skin and increase facial circulation and blood flow which results in a more youthful and radiant complexion. Is one of your eyebrows raised as you read this? That's face yoga. Kind of :)
Everybody knows the importance of exercising body muscles on a regular basis and keeping fit body posture, so why not care for the face too? Since the muscles on our faces can't lift weights or go on the treadmill, when you apply pressure with your fingertips or make certain facial expressions, you're toning and strengthening the muscles on your face, especially those which can be called “sleeping muscles”.

And just relaxing those usually contorted facial muscles can give you a natural face lift. Who needs Botox to freeze muscles into a smooth, relaxed state when face yoga can do something similar? It can definitely change the downward drift and to feel relaxed all day is the big plus of it.
